Why buy a bread maker when you can become one? Learn the art of how to make really good bread in small, informal, expertly lead classes with award winning Ma Baker.
Welcome to Ma Baker, an award winning micro bakery and bread school. I bake and sell fresh bread as well as run a range of hands on bread classes. I have now relocated to the pretty little North Wales village of Overton on Dee, just over the Shropshire border. We are currently plastering, painting and intsalling to get the new bakery space ready as soon as possible. I really hope (fingers crossed) to be baking by the end of October, but renovations certainly have a mind of their own ! Classes will be a little later, but hopefully by Christmas.
If you still have a bread class voucher for my London bread classes, I’m afraid they are now no longer valid.

Ma Baker was awarded 3 Stars for her Porridge Bread and 2 Stars for her Sourdough Rye with Fennel and Sultana. Not bad for this one girl band who has only been baking for the last three years.
